WEATHER CLOSURES POLICY
In the event of a snow storm that leads to the closure of the Castlewood School District, please be advised that we will also be closed. The safety of our staff and clients is our top priority. We encourage everyone to stay safe and warm during inclement weather.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All gift cards are considered non-returnable items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be refunded in total.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment at the earliest convenience.
TALL TINE BOWSTRINGS WARRANTY
Each Tall Tine Bowstring is built specifically for the bow they are being installed on. Bowstrings that are built incorrectly or are damaged will be replaced. Bowstrings that are damaged during installation outside of Tall Tine Bowstrings will NOT be warrantied. Bowstrings with issues, such as separation, will be replaced based on the extent of damage and age of the string at the discretion of the technician evaluating the bowstring.

GIFT CARD POLICY
Purchased Gift Cards
Gift cards that are purchased have a two-year expiration date from the date of purchase. All gift cards are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges permitted on gift cards.
Promotional Gift Cards
Promotional gift cards, which include any gift card given in exchange for a purchase (such as Black Friday gift cards and Hoyt promotional gift cards), must be used within one year from the date of issue. Promotional gift cards are not eligible for exchange or trade for other gift cards or products; these gift cards must be used for the product listed.
