WEATHER CLOSURES POLICY

In the event of a snow storm that leads to the closure of the Castlewood School District, please be advised that we will also be closed. The safety of our staff and clients is our top priority. We encourage everyone to stay safe and warm during inclement weather.

SALES, SERVICE & WARRANTY POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Custom and special-order products are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled once ordered or work has begun.

New bows purchased from Tall Tine include initial setup/tuning and one readjustment within 30 days. Bow work and setups are guaranteed for 30 days against workmanship. Equipment purchased elsewhere may be subject to additional installation and tuning fees. Super Tunes are for the current shooter/setup; changing shooters may require an additional setup/tuning charge.

Tall Tine custom bowstrings carry a one-year, non-transferable workmanship warranty. Warranty claims require inspection or prior authorization. Normal wear, misuse, improper installation, equipment failure, or outside installation/service are not covered.

Special-order bows require a $100 nonrefundable deposit, with the remaining balance due within 30 days of arrival notification.

Completed work must be paid for and picked up within 30 days of notification or arrangements made with Tall Tine. A $15 monthly fee may apply thereafter. Property left for more than six months without communication or arrangements may be considered abandoned and become property of Tall Tine, subject to applicable law.

Warranty claims do not qualify for cash refunds. By purchasing, ordering, authorizing work, or leaving equipment with Tall Tine, the customer agrees to our complete store policies.
